A Call for Volunteers at WCS:
WCS is looking for volunteers who are passionate about supporting those in need who live in Wilsonville.

WCS volunteers currently run the board, the Food Bank and the Holiday Baskets of Hope program. Now, volunteers are needed to drive WCS to the next level of community building.

Those interested can volunteer in any of the following three areas:

Programs: Oversee and guide the development of existing programs, and assess the need for new programs. These volunteers would work directly with the staff and volunteers who are providing services, and try to better understand the needs of the community we serve.

Community Relations: Tell others about WCS. Speak to interested groups, write letters or press releases, coordinate donation drives, or staff booths at local events.

Finance: Help WCS pursue funding options and oversee its budget. This is especially crucial as we explore whether the time has come for WCS to grow an endowment to help stabilize funding.
