Based upon your need, you are eligible to receive a food box once per month. On your return visit, you will again be asked for documentation verifying that you live in our service area.

For resident verification, please bring one of the following to each visit:

• Piece of mail showing your name and current address
• Rent Receipt
• Rental Agreement or
• Current Utility Bill

In addition you will be asked the following questions during each visit:

• Number of Adults/Children in Your Household
• Dietary Needs

Once the above qualifications are met, you will be asked to sign your name indicating that you have read the information concerning the USDA guidelines. This also serves as a receipt that you have picked up a food box during the current month. A family may visit the food bank once per month.
